Crum Properties, LLC is owned by husband and wife team Betsy and Carl Crum. Carl hails from a long line of TCU grads. His grandfather, a West Texas Rancher, even played football for TCU in the 1930s and met his grandmother there! Both of Carl’s parents went to TCU, another set of grandparents, a few siblings, a few cousins and NOW our daughter is currently a student at TCU. Betsy grew up in rural East Texas, but got to Fort Worth as fast as she could! Both Carl and Betsy are involved in the arts but have a passion for real estate.
Our goal is to create homes that reflect the history of TCU and Fort Worth right in the beating heart of the Campus community. All of our rental homes are fully renovated and modern, but their bones were formed between the 1920s to 1950, the early days of TCU. All of Crum Properties homes date back to the time when TCU was still learning who it was and many TCU traditions began. Our wish is for our home to be a place where friendships are forged, memories made and for our residents to be a part of the future of what will one day be TCU history. Go Frogs!
